About the Role

We are looking for a Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and digital platforms for Temple Home Creations and its ventures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building scalable systems, and contributing to products from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a scalable, secure, and responsive web application from approved UI/UX designs and product requirements.
• Build user authentication and profile management.
• Develop professional user profiles, portfolios, and resume functionality.
• Build a social networking module with posts, comments, reactions, and connections.
• Develop a recruiter dashboard and job posting system.
• Build candidate application workflows.
• Develop an admin dashboard for user and content management.
• Integrate email notifications and other third-party services as required.
• Optimize application performance, security, and database design.
• Deploy the application to a cloud hosting environment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with modern full-stack web development.
• Frontend: React or Next.js.
• Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Laravel.
• Database: PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• REST API development.
• Authentication and authorization.
• Git version control.
• Responsive UI implementation.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms.
